Return/Exchange Policy
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point. There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
Delivery
Most purchases shipping charges are per address, except those requiring in-home delivery via standard ground service (hd) and in-home delivery via white glove ground service (wg), are shipped to arrive in your home within five business days from the day we receive the merchandise. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order if not already shipped. Any order cancelled after 48 hours, will be a subject to a 30% cancellation fee. To cancel the order, please call us at 1-866-397-0933. Special order items can not be canceled or returned. In case of the order cancellation after merchandise was already shipped and it is still in transit, customer must also pay freight charges and merchandise must be returned back to 22Modern.com in its original condition. If the product is damaged and refused at the time of delivery, customer must notify 22Modern.com immediately and we will arrange an exchange of damaged product. The damaged product will be replaced and all associated shipping charges with damaged products will be paid by 22Modern.com. 22Modern.com will not be responsible for damaged freight, if delivery receipt is signed clear. Returns or Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Returned or Exchanged product may be a subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included). Prior to returning the products, customers need to email or call us for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product are paid by the customer. Finishes Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors other than Black & White are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.
